Privacy Policy

  • Your appointment is very important. They are reserved especially for you. All our appointment confirmations and reminders are sent by texts or emails. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 12 hours’ notice BY TEXT prior to your appointment in order to cancel/ reschedule any service. Should you inform less than 12 hours or fail to show, you will be charged 50% non- refundable deposit for future bookings.
  • We understand that sometimes life happens beyond our control. Thus, a one-time allowance of last-minute cancellation/ reschedule will be permitted for emergency. After that the cancelation and no-show policy is in effect.
  • Three strikes continuously and you WILL NOT be able to rebook with us again.
  • If you are 15 minutes late or more, we will do our best, but your tardiness may limit our ability to guarantee the full experience of what you deserve. Also, when you are late, we cannot promise that your scheduled service can be performed that day as it is unfair to cut other clients’s appointment time or affects their plan and schedule.
  • Each NEW SET is 100% guaranteed. If your extensions fall more than 40% in the first 3 days, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment to discuss your concern and we may offer free retouch within 7 days. All lashes after 7 days will be charged at full price.
  • Payment must be made before your appointment starts.
  • We do not offer refunds on all services for any reason. You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. If you experience an allergic reaction (which rarely happens) and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, I will remove them for FREE within the first 3 days after application.
  • Please do not bring your child/ children under the age of 12 to be left unattended to your appointment. This policy is to ensure the safety of your child and our clients. If a child under 12 is brought to an appointment, the client may be asked to reschedule to a later time when their child isn’t with them, and a late cancellation fee will incur.
  • When booking your two/three-week refill appointment, you must have 40% remaining of lash extensions or it’s considered a FULL SET.
